The Problem

Sound familiar?

A new employee started on Monday. Their laptop took 3 days to set up properly because no one had a checklist.

Your office Wi-Fi and business servers are on the same network as the guest Wi-Fi you give to clients.

No one knows the admin password for the office router. The person who configured it left two years ago.

Staff share files via email or USB drives because no one set up a proper shared folder or NAS.

Your main server goes down and half the office can't work until someone drives to the office to restart it.

You have no inventory of what hardware you own, what software is installed or who has access to what.

IT should be invisible.

When it's set up right, your team just works. When it's not, you spend your day troubleshooting instead of running your business.

What We Do

IT that works — and stays working

PC & workstation setup

OS installation and configuration, software setup, user accounts, security policies and business tool integration. 45 minutes to 1 hour per machine, done properly.

Server installation

Physical server setup or configuration of virtualised environments. OS hardening, RAID setup, shared storage, remote access and documentation. On-site.

Network configuration

Router setup, VLAN segmentation (guests separate from business), Wi-Fi coverage, firewall rules and structured cabling documentation. No more "everyone's on the same network."

IT security baseline

Password manager deployment, two-factor authentication setup, access control review, patch management policy and user security training.

IT documentation

Hardware inventory, network diagrams, admin credentials (secured), software licences and onboarding checklist. So any new team member can manage IT — not just the one person who set it up.

Ongoing IT support

Monthly or on-demand support for hardware issues, new equipment setup, user access changes and IT troubleshooting. A named person, not a helpdesk queue.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you work on-site?
Yes. Hardware and network work requires physical access. We cover Lisbon and the surrounding area for on-site engagements. Remote configuration is used wherever possible to reduce the number of visits needed.
We're a small team of 5. Is this relevant for us?
Very much so. Small teams often have the most undocumented, ad hoc IT setups — because things were configured when someone was available, not planned. The sooner you establish a proper baseline, the easier it is to grow without IT becoming a bottleneck.
We already have a person who handles IT internally. Can you work with them?
Yes. We often work alongside an internal IT person or office manager — taking on the tasks they don't have time for, or consulting on specific issues outside their expertise.
Do you sell hardware?
We can advise on hardware selection and procurement — what to buy, from where and how to spec it correctly for your needs. We don't mark up hardware resales; advice is objective.
