Do you do on-site work?
Yes. Some work requires physical access — server installation, network configuration, hardware assessment. We cover Lisbon and surrounding areas for on-site engagements. Remote-first for everything that can be done remotely.
We already have a hosting provider. Do we need this?
Hosting providers give you a server. They don't monitor your application, review your security posture, test your backups or give you someone to call when something breaks. That gap is what we fill.
How long does an infrastructure audit take?
Typically 2–4 hours of assessment time for a small-to-medium environment, plus report preparation. You receive a written report with findings and prioritised recommendations within a few days.
What if we have a critical incident?
Clients on a monthly support retainer have a direct response path for critical incidents. We prioritise and triage immediately. For one-off engagements, we respond within our standard SLA.
