Do I need technical knowledge to use the automations?
No. Once built and deployed, automations run in the background without any action from your team. We build them so the result is visible — notifications arrive, records update, emails send — without anyone needing to know how it works underneath.
What tools and platforms do you integrate with?
We work with any platform that has an API or webhook — which includes most modern SaaS tools. Common integrations: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Slack, WhatsApp Business, Stripe, WooCommerce and many others. We scope the specifics before quoting.
How is n8n different from Zapier or Make?
n8n can be self-hosted on your own server — your data never leaves your environment. It also handles complex workflows with branching, loops and custom code that simpler tools struggle with. For straightforward integrations, Make or Zapier may work well too — we recommend the right tool for the job.
