Problem

An online store on shared hosting was consistently scoring below 30 on Google PageSpeed. Checkout abandonment was high, and the product catalogue was slow to load even with few items. The backend was equally frustrating to manage.

Approach

Most work is scoped and priced per project, so you see the full number before anything starts. Managed services (hosting, monitoring, ongoing support) run on a monthly retainer. We give clear written estimates and do not start work without agreement. If a scope looks unclear, we say so early — not after the invoice arrives.
We complement developers, we do not replace them. If your team handles the code but nobody owns the server, the backups, the automation workflows or the infrastructure — that gap is exactly what we fill. We also take overflow work when your developer is blocked or unavailable.
The first call usually happens within 1–2 business days of your message. Actual project start depends on scope and current availability — we will tell you honestly if there is a queue. For genuinely urgent situations (server down, active issue), contact us directly via email and mark it urgent.
Yes. The vast majority of our work is remote — we have clients across Portugal and in other European countries. Everything from consultations to project delivery is handled online. On-site work (hardware installation, network setup) is limited to the Lisbon area.
Scope changes happen — we document the original agreement clearly so both sides know what was agreed. If something outside that scope is needed, we flag it before doing the work, not after. You will always know what it costs and why before we proceed.
For one-off projects — no. You pay for what is agreed and that is it. For managed services (hosting, monitoring, ongoing support), there is typically a 3-month minimum to make the setup effort worthwhile for both sides. We will tell you exactly what applies before any agreement is signed.
