Do we have to move to your servers?
No. We work on your servers or on ours — whichever makes technical and economic sense. If your current hosting is the cause of the problems, we show you the measurements and the decision is yours.
What does monthly maintenance include?
Tested updates, monitoring with alerts, backups with restore tests, security checks and a report for the period. The exact scope is defined in the proposal.
And if there is a serious incident — an attack, a dying disk?
That is what tested backups and the recovery plan are for: we know what to restore, in what order and in how long. We document that plan with you before it is ever needed.
Can you work with our current hosting provider?
Usually yes. We manage infrastructure at any serious provider; what we do not negotiate away is access, monitoring and backups.
