A growing service company was manually copying lead data from web forms into a CRM, sending follow-up emails by hand, and losing track of proposals that went unanswered. Every lead required human intervention even for basic intake.

Approach

n8n workflow connecting the web form to the CRM, triggering follow-up email sequences automatically and flagging stale proposals in the team's Slack channel. We mapped the process first, then designed the automation around documented exceptions.
