What this website stores on your device
No cookies, for analytics, advertising or anything else. Two things can be kept in your browser's local storage, and only after you answer our question about visit statistics:
- Your answer, so we don't ask on every page. We ask again after a year.
- One random code, only if you allow statistics. Our statistics tool creates it. It contains nothing about you, and we don't use it to find out who you are. It stays until you turn statistics off below or clear your browser's data.
Visit statistics
If you allow them, we count visits with a statistics tool that runs on our own server (data.overslep.pt). For each page it records the address, including campaign tags in the link, the page title, the website you came from, your browser and operating system, device type, screen size and language, and the links to other websites you click. It also records which of our buttons, phone and email links you press, when you use an interactive example or the FAQ search, and how far you get in the contact form, with the area of work you pick, but never what you type.
From your IP address it works out your approximate location (country, region and city) and your internet provider's network, and it recognises repeat visits by a short code calculated from your IP address and browser. It does not store the IP address itself.
We use the statistics to see which pages are useful, never for advertising. They stay on our own server and are not deleted automatically. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don't ask and statistics stay off. Without JavaScript they never run.
Your choice
Statistics need JavaScript, so in this browser they are off.
