Build

Online stores that connect to the rest of your business, so nobody retypes an order.

We build online stores on WooCommerce (the online store system for WordPress) or made to measure, around how you actually sell. Your products, payments, shipping, invoicing and stock all work together.

The problem

Does this sound familiar?

  • Every order is typed again by hand into your invoicing software or the warehouse system.

  • Customers give up at checkout on their phones, and nobody can see at which step.

  • The shop, the warehouse and the other places you sell all show different stock.

Try it

Where an order goes after "Pay"

In a connected store, one click from your customer sets off everything below. Step through it.

01

The customer pays

By card, MB WAY or a Multibanco reference, through the payment provider you choose. The store records the payment the moment it is confirmed.

02

Stock updates itself

Quantities go down in the store and anywhere else you sell, so the next customer never buys something you no longer have.

03

The invoice is issued

The order reaches your certified invoicing software automatically. Nobody retypes names, tax numbers or totals.

04

The parcel is ready to ship

The carrier receives the delivery details and a label is printed, with tracking added to the order.

05

The customer hears from you

Confirmation and tracking emails go out from your own email address, in your words and in their language.

06

You see the whole picture

Orders, payments and stock in one place. You only get an alert when something needs a person.

What you get

What we take care of

Everything below is part of the service. You get one team that knows how it all fits together.

  1. 01

New stores, and struggling ones fixed

A new WooCommerce store, or your slow, fragile one made stable: add-ons checked, updates made safe, speed restored.

  2. 02

    Selling to other businesses

Trade prices, quotes, catalogues only some customers can see, and repeat orders, when a standard checkout is not enough.

  3. 03

    The ways your customers pay

The payment methods your customers use, including MB WAY and Multibanco, set up through a payment provider.

  4. 04

    Shipping and VAT

Delivery prices, zones and VAT rules set up for the places you actually sell to.

  5. 05

    Connected to your invoicing

Orders, customers and stock kept in step with your invoicing or management software, automatically.

  6. 06

    Your products on other channels

Accurate product information for search engines and shopping sites, all from one place, so you only update it once.

  7. 07

    Making it easier to buy

Improvements to product pages, the basket and checkout, chosen from real visitor data rather than opinion, and measured.

  8. 08

    Hosting made for online stores

Speed-ups that don't break the basket, a backup before every update, and checks that warn us if checkout stops working.

All questions and answers

Is WooCommerce or Shopify better for my online store?

It depends on what you need. Hosted platforms such as Shopify are a good fit for some stores, and we will say so when that is the case. WooCommerce or a custom build makes sense when you need full control of your data, connections or pricing rules, or want to avoid per-sale platform fees.

Can you fix my existing online store?

Usually, yes. We check the add-ons, theme, speed, security and connections, then fix the biggest risks first. Sometimes the honest answer is that rebuilding costs less than patching, and we will show you why.

Can my online store connect to my invoicing software?

Normally, yes, as long as the software offers a connection for other systems (an API) or a reliable import and export. We link them with n8n, a tool that connects your apps and does routine tasks automatically, or with custom code when reliability or order volume calls for it.

Can customers pay with MB WAY and Multibanco?

Yes. Portuguese payment providers offer WooCommerce add-ons for both, and Stripe supports them too. With Multibanco, the customer gets a reference to pay at an ATM or through online banking, so the store also needs rules for orders waiting for payment: stock set aside, an expiry date and a reminder. You sign the contract with the payment provider; we set up the connection and test it.

Do I need certified invoicing software for an online store in Portugal?

Generally, yes. Businesses in Portugal usually have to issue invoices through software certified by the Tax Authority, with the ATCUD code and QR code, and WooCommerce on its own is not certified invoicing software. So the store connects to certified software, such as Moloni or InvoiceXpress, and the invoice is issued automatically when the order is paid. Your accountant confirms which documents and VAT rules apply to you.

Can I sell to customers in other EU countries?

Yes. The store can show prices and work out VAT for each country, with delivery zones, languages and payment methods set for each market. Once your sales to consumers in other EU countries (distance sales) pass €10,000 a year in total, VAT is charged at the customer's rate, and you can declare it through the One-Stop Shop (OSS) instead of registering in every country. Check the VAT side with your accountant.

How long does it take to build an online store?

Much of the time goes into work outside the build itself: preparing product information and photos, the payment provider's approval and setting up invoicing. We plan those alongside design and build. Before launch, we place real test orders, from payment to invoice to shipping.
